A 20.00m x 30.00m L-SERIES industrial structure with an eave height of 4.20m provided the client with 600m2 of instant retail space. The building was installed with the popular thermo inflatable roof system with non-translucent fabric covers. Walling was supplied in a combination of horizontal glass and 70mm composite insulated wall panels providing a insulation “u” value of .35.

The building incorporated 1 x electrically operated pedestrian entrance door unit, 2 x (MOE) means of escape door units, entrance canopy, complete with a trolley bay. The complete structure was installed directly onto the existing site ground conditions with a cassette floor fitted internally providing a point loading of 500kg per m2.
